My name is Manoj Bhatia and I work as a visiting Implant Surgeon at Village Dental. I usually attend the practice one day per month, and occasionally twice a month depending on clinical requirements. My role is limited exclusively to implant dentistry and related oral surgical procedures.
I do not maintain a regular patient list at the practice and work solely on a referral basis, receiving both internal referrals from the practice team and external referrals from other clinicians. Due to the specific nature of my role, some aspects of the practice’s day-to-day operations may not directly apply to my work.
I have been associated with the practice for many years, including a period before the current principals, Vipin and Chetna, took over the ownership and management of the practice. During this time, I have had the opportunity to observe the practice develop and evolve.
As I provide services across multiple dental practices, I have a broad perspective on how dental practices are organized and managed. In my experience, Village Dental is a well-run practice that consistently prioritizes the best interests of its patients. The team works collaboratively and maintains a strong culture of professionalism, ethical practice, and patient-centered care.
Over the years, I have observed a clear commitment from the practice owners to invest in both professional development and clinical infrastructure. There has been ongoing upgrading of equipment and facilities, as well as the introduction of new services to enhance patient care. Existing services are well supported with appropriate systems, staffing, and training.
Within the field of implant dentistry specifically, Vipin has undertaken additional training and continuing professional development to ensure that the practice is well equipped to manage both surgical and restorative aspects of implant treatment. This also enables the team to appropriately manage any issues that may arise for implant patients when I am not present at the practice.
Based on my professional experience with the practice over a number of years, I consider Village Dental to be a conscientious and well-managed dental practice with a strong emphasis on patient welfare, teamwork, and maintaining high clinical standards.

What precautions do you take to ensure patient safety?
We protect our patients in many ways, starting with state-of-the-art sterilisation equipment and the use of facemasks and gloves. We always check our patients’ health history.
Is my treatment going to hurt?
We can provide anaesthetics for any treatment that is likely to hurt you. The injection can be uncomfortable but will only take a few seconds. For children, we use a topical anaesthetic on the skin in the mouth which dulls the pin prick feeling of the needle.
What makes you different from any other dental practice I can visit?
